A tried-and-tested method
We apply our own tried-and-tested method for handling projects in languages beyond our own. It’s a method we developed with a single goal in mind: to ensure that you get your content in a language and tone you know your audiences will feel comfortable with.
- In our core languages, we do all the work ourselves.
- For non-core languages, we aim to develop steady partnerships with freelancers whose track record says enough.
- In some cases, we will involve several translators for one language, consulting with your (international) team to find the right fit for your company.
- In all cases, we assign two of our team members to each piece of content: a translator/writer to do the primary work, and a native proofreader to review it before it is submitted to your organisation.
- Feedback and revision rounds with you and your team are another standard procedure: getting the language and tone just right for your brand is a delicate matter.
