"Growing up in the highlands of Papua has given me a unique perspective on people, culture and personal leadership. Later, I gained extensive experience in strategic and relational leadership, including during my time with the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee. In addition, for many years I provided leadership and guidance to various faith communities and life-coaching teams at universities. I have had the privilege of visiting many countries to support cross-cultural organisations and teams on the ground, in both the non-profit sector and the business world. These experiences have reinforced my conviction that healthy, sustainable performance begins with personal leadership, meaningful connection and a vision of impact.”
